		<description>I have been making an attempt to drop a few pounds for years.  It is always an up and down fight.  I take twosteps ahead and 4 backwards.  I by no means seem to make much progress.  I am going to start a food regimen, do well for awhile, then return to my previous habits.  I do over and over again.  Well, I am pleased to say that because of websites like yours I been in a position to lose forty seven pounds up to now!  You articles preserve me motivated.
